the service
OpenSMS provides software that queues SMS jobs and delivers them to gateways you operate. You are responsible for the Android devices and SIM cards you connect.
your responsibilities
You must only send messages to recipients who have consented to receive them, and you must comply with the laws and carrier rules that apply to you. Do not use OpenSMS to send spam or unlawful content.
costs and delivery
SMS charges, throughput limits and delivery outcomes are determined by your carrier and SIM. OpenSMS does not guarantee delivery.
availability
The service is provided as-is without warranties. You are responsible for the availability of your own gateways.
termination
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke your API keys and devices from the dashboard.
